At Flower Edit, we create preserved floral arrangements designed to maintain their beauty for years. Each piece is handcrafted using real preserved flowers and made to order with care and precision.
Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to read the product description.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Natural Variations
Our arrangements are created using real preserved flowers. Variations in colour, tone, texture, size, and shape are natural characteristics and part of the beauty of preserved botanicals.
Product images are photographed under professional lighting and are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Natural variation does not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law.
Seasonal Availability & Substitutions
Flower availability may vary due to seasonality and supplier availability. Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute stems or elements with similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.
Substitutions will not entitle the customer to a refund provided the overall design style and value are maintained.
Custom Orders & Brand Collaborations
All custom, personalised, event, and brand collaboration orders are final sale.
Once production has commenced, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided preparation has not commenced.
Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
Shipping & Delivery
We take great care in packaging each arrangement securely to protect it during transit.
If Flower Edit arranges shipping, the risk remains with us until the goods are delivered to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Flower Edit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses supplied at checkout, or parcels left unattended at the delivery address after confirmed delivery.
Light shedding or slight settling during transit is considered normal and does not constitute damage.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product is faulty, significantly damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:
